A constant source of new ideas, energy and inspiration, Ellen’s comprehensive knowledge and intuitive approach to music is part of her genetic makeup, she has cultivated her own groove and creative identity, while also guiding the evolution of the electronic music community worldwide. Her future-facing sound takes influence from the early pioneers of techno, while painting a vivid, prophetic image of where we’re going next. Her singular imagination keeps her endlessly flying, searching the sky but rooted firmly to the earth.

Over ten albums, and countless singles, EPs, remixes and collaborations, Ellen’s carved her own niche in dark rave and techno, presiding over a self-made empire and deep roots in the community. In her role as head of BPitch since 1999, and UFO Inc. since 2019, Ellen channels her ceaseless passion for digging into A&R, seeking out and nurturing new talent, alongside established artists and friends. She’s a dynamic selector who prides herself on her extensive knowledge of music and dance floors, traveling the globe as a DJ she’s played at every major club and festival on the circuit.

During the pandemic she channeled her energy into supporting the community and connecting with her fans over her intimate Balcony Streaming sessions. She’s run the We Are Not Alone parties in her hometown of Berlin over the past years. The 50 hour raves over 3 floors began at Griesmühle and are now home at RSO, with the party touring worldwide. Her Vinylism parties take place in record stores around the globe, honouring the culture of record collecting and showcasing local talent. Ellen has released 9 Volumes of the We Are Not Alone compilation to date, alongside her recent works ‘Under The Ocean’, ‘Rave Luv’ EP and remix of Cold Wave artist Sad Madona. Her next album project is ‘New Life’ in 2026.
